Post-Retreat Glow Mentorship
As you return home from your retreat… my intention here is to offer you another reference point for what JOY and FREEDOM is possible and attainable, to activate your release of perceived obstacles and guide you into creating your dream life - and SUSTAINING it!
What you put into our 1:1 mentorship, you will see tenfold. Having mentors in my life has been the reason why I have been able to find myself where I am. If I had never had the spiritual guidance and scaffolding that my very first mentor provided me, I would have never had the courage to leave a 6-figure job on Wall Street and live the highest aligned life of love and freedom I am living today in Costa Rica.
This time together online I would love to offer you to begin as soon as you return home from your retreat (so you don’t fall back into old mindsets and patterns) is a personalized, ongoing retreat for nourishing inner growth and healing. Our sessions are a space for enhancing and uplifting your human experience - for bringing joy, connection, and expansion into your life through the remarkable rituals of yoga, breathwork, embodied voice activation, self-love practices, guided visualizations and meditation.
My services and expertise are rooted in over 14 years of study and practice. You can expect to receive my compassionate reflection, as I am here to serve as a mirror reflecting your beauty with love, guidance, honesty, accountability, understanding and care.
In between our sessions, you’ll receive additional resources and practices to integrate what emerged in our session. These may include guided meditations, breath practices, and/or accountability specific to your unique intentions.
I’d love to support you as you confidently walk this Earth in service to your Highest Purpose, in devotion to your soul’s calling on your path of Self-Mastery!

In our private one-on-one work together, my intention is to offer you a safe space for listening, resources, sequences and rituals to guide you into your most radiant, liberated life and help activate your vocal freedom.
What is the exchange?
I offer 4-session per-month packages for $1440 working weekly together for two months at a consistent pace, if you need to reschedule a session, I ask at least 24 hours notice.
Most clients desire to renew their package, and I offer 10% discounts on extensions to 6 months and 20% for one year working together. The results are remarkable for this ongoing time together. Costa Rica stays with you and you can sustain the Pura Vida energy and glow you felt here!

yoga, breathwork, and ritual practices for moving stuck energy out of you and clearing space for more prosperity, love and higher frequency opportunities in your life
connecting with your body and attuning to your heart’s voice – the space inside where Angels and spirit communicate through us
